Price: Free!

Class Description:

An antenatal hand expression workshop is a class designed to teach pregnant women how to manually express milk from their breasts before their baby is born.

I want to support you through your pregnancy and provide you with evidence-based tools to prepare you for your breastfeeding journey.

Carolyn is an experienced RN (11+ years), former NICU nurse, Certified Breastfeeding Specialist and your local Mama Coach!

Class objectives are to educate you on:

  • The benefits of colostrum
  • Pros and risks of antenatal hand expression
  • How to collect your colostrum through hand expression at the end of your pregnancy
  • How to safely store your colostrum

Why take this workshop?

Hand expression is a valuable skill for new mothers, as it can help initiate and establish breastfeeding, relieve engorgement, and provide a backup feeding option if the baby is unable to latch.

The class will be recorded, and all participants will receive access to the recording for one week!
